Does exactly what it says it does. The rear end doesn't feel as sloppy now pushing through the turns. Hard to tell what it would do by itself (without anything else to strengthen the car that you've added on), but I did feel a noticable difference after this was installed and ready to go. Install is pretty easy; just make sure you've got a grease gun around before you start. I haven't tried this drag racing yet (since that isn't what I normally do) so I can't speak for that aspect; but improved handling - you bet! The stock PHB/R is very flimsy compared to this aftermarket part and I couldn't see how the stock one was doing much (it's sorta 'U' shaped instead of tubular and bends easy). This is a definite improvement.
