| Comp Cams engineers have found that the pushrod is one of most important members of the valvetrain, and certainly the most taken for granted. The engineers at Comp have learned that the frequency of the pushrod must match that of all of the rest of the parts in the valvetrain, as well as the RPM in which the engine will be operated. Today's all-out racing engines deserve the ultimate in quality at every step, and these Hi-Tech pushrods fill that requirement.
The one-piece design from seamless chromemoly tubing insures the ultimate in strength. The ends are precision formed, yielding added thickness and the critical tip area for strength, while maintaing constant wall thickness and concentricity. These rods are heat treated to insure compatability with guide plates for maximum strength.
