I hit a deer with my trans am and took it to my local body shop. It needed a new hood and I had them order this one since it seemed like a pretty good deal with free shipping. I was a little anxious about ordering this one because there were no reviews on it yet but thought I should take the chance. Big mistake. My body shop received the hood last week and test fit it before the driver left to make sure of proper fit. There was a unfixable gap between the front bumper and the hood and it would not clear the headlight. The hood latch did not line up and would not close. They had to send the hood back. Hopefully this all gets cleared up but I would not order another one of these hoods. Also I had emailed the manufacturer of the hood prior to ordering and was assured of a proper fit. Very dissapointed.
