New genuine GM oil pan comes complete with pan, gasket, side cover with gaskets/bolts, oil baffle with bolts, oil level sensor with o-ring, and pan bolts. The new oil pan utilizes the new PF48 oil filter and NOT the PF46 that the factory oil pans were deisgned for.
