Okay, this is one thing that i can say. The air lid does give you an increase in horsepower but dont expect a huge gain. The throttle response quickens a bit. Its not like when you buy this thing you can expect a 20 hp gain. Expect more like 2-5. Of course to a lot of people that doesnt seem like much but considering the fact of what it is it a good buy for the buck. A cam only wont even give you a dramatic gain that a lot of people would expect. If you really want to a "tremendous" gain do what i did, get your throttle body ported, an ls6 intake(99-00), and a bellow (for starters). Its a good start. Im still impressed with it and i bought it a WHILE back.
