The complete package starts off with an ulta high resolution 520 line Sony Super HAD 1/3" digital zoom color bullet camera. Simply put, there is NO higher resolution or more feature packed bullet camera available on the market today. With 520 lines of resolution, the camera exceeds the resolution of DVD players to ensure a high quality, sharp picture even on big screen televisions.
Unlike other bullet camera packages on the market, this system is completely flexible and expandable. The lenses on the camera can be upgraded to give you a wider or narrower field of view. The camera itself can be digitally zoomed, panned, adjusted for brightness and even switched to day or night view (with optional remote). With other systems, if you break a lens cover or lens, you have to buy a new camera. With this system, you can replace lens covers or lenses in seconds! We even offer optional wide angle or narrow field lenses to capture the action just the way you want to see it!
The sytem also includes a deluxe suction cup camera mounting plate, external powered microphone, 12 volt AA battery power supply, safety tether, adhesive mount, plastic camera mounting clips and detailed instructions. You must supply a recording device (video camera, VCR, DVD recorder, digital recorder, computer etc) with RCA video and audio inputs to capture the video and sound.

Deluxe Suction Cup Camera Mount:
Constructed of strong, lightweight aluminum, the deluxe suction cup bullet camera mount can be adjusted in even more positions than our standard mount. Included are two quick change 2" extensions to position your camera for the best viewing angle posible. The camera mount uses industrial strength suction cups which can be secured to any smooth, clean, flat surface such as a body panel, windshield, side glass, sunroof ect. The mount is extremely strong and has been tested under race conditions and at high speeds. The mount also comes with a 5 foot safety tether which is a requirement of most automotive sanctioning bodies when using a recording device on a vehicle.
Adhesive Mount:
The adhesive mount allows you to attach the bullet camera to almost any surface including helmets, front grills, taillights etc. No drilling required!
Plastic Camera Mounting Clips:
These lightweight mounting clips snap tightly onto the camera body and allow you to mount the camera to any surface where you can drill two small holes. The clips are reusable and hold the camera firmly. Mount the camera to your bike, motorcycle, airplane etc. Just imagine the possibilities!
Powered External Microphone:
The powered external microphone allows you to position the microphone anywhere you want. This is especially useful to avoid the annoying wind noise associated with hand held video cameras.
12 volt power supply:
Included standard with the kit is a AA battery power supply to make your camera completely portable. Other optional power sources are available to provide the flexibility you require.

FAQ's
Q1: How strong is the bullet camera mount?
A1: The bullet camera mount has been tested to hold 40 lbs of weight vertically for 24 hours. However, for the widest safety margin possible, we recommend this mount only be used with bullet cameras weighing 1 lb or less. This will provide the most secure and stable picture.
Q2: Does the mounting surface have to be perfectly flat?
A2: No. The camera mount is designed to fit the contours or most automotive body panels and glass. The surface does have to be clean and non pourous.
Q3: How do I know if my video recorder can hook up to the bullet camera and microphone?
A3: To record the audio and video from our camera package, you need a recording device that has RCA inputs for audio and video. Check your device's manual for more details.
Q4: How do I record stereo sound?
A4: The included powered microphone only has 1 RCA audio output. If you want stereo sound from the left and right speaker of your recording device, you will need to purchase an RCA Y splitter adapter.
Q5: What makes the Sony Super HAD 520 Line CCD Camera better than competitors?
A5: Most competitor cameras are only 380, 420 or 480 lines of resolution. The lower the number of lines of resolution, the worse the picture quality will be, especially on larger televisions. Competitors often use a cheap CCTV CMOS sensor. This kind of sensor is normally has 10 times less sensitivity then CCD sensor. The human eye can see object under 1 LUX illumination (full moon night ). CCD sensors normally will see better or as good as human eye in the range of 0.1 ~3 lux and are 3 to 10 times more sensitive then CMOS sensor. This boils down to a better picture in all lighting conditions. This Sony model is also unique that it allows for replacement of lens covers, lenses and the use of an optional remote that allows for zooming, panning, brightness adjustments etc. You will be blown away by the picture quality. This is one sophisticated camera!

Mini bullet camera mounting plate:
This is a very small (2.5" width x 2.5" length) mounting plate that allows you to mount your camera in very small spaces for that unique camera perspective.
12 volt cigarette lighter power source:
This allows you to power the camera and microphone from your vehicle's cigarette lighter power supply.
Digital Effects Remote:
This digital remote plugs into the camera and allows you to digitally pan back and forth, tilt up and down and zoom in up to 3X magnification! The camera itself will not move, only the video image will be affected. The remote also allows you to control brightness and lighting filters to adjust for day and night use. This allows you to get the picture quality you want regardless of lighting conditions. The remote also offers a cool negative inversion effect. No battery is required for the remote as it works off of the cameras power supply.

2.97mm lens - Approximately 127 degree field of view.
3.6mm lens - Standard lens included with the camera. Approximately 92 degree field of view.
