Poor craftsmanship; the welds are sloppy, there is metal debri hanging on the inside of the cutout, welding spatter on the outside, and the paint job is spotty with drips. I could have spent less money and pulled a cutout from a scrap yard in the same shape. Spend the extra 10 bucks and get a SS QTP cutout so you dont have to buy another one like me.
