This lubricant is specially compounded formulation which when used in limited slip equipped rear axles tends to modify excess clutch plate friction and facilitate applying and releasing of clutch plates.

If you rear end is noisy when turning at low speeds, this usually takes care of the noise. Also required when adding new oil to your rear differential.
