Factory replacement GM Lifter Guide Bolt. Metric thread M6 X 1.0 with an under-head-length (UHL) of 19.0MM. 6-point head uses a 10MM socket. This is a unique bolt that has a bullet designed nose and locator on the bottom of the head to center the lifter guide in the correct location.
