Tick Performance proudly presents their brand new Elite Series of Camshafts specifically for LS1 & LS6 Engines! Using the latest and greatest technology available, industry-renowned camshaft expert Martin Smallwood was able to mastermind a complete line of Camshafts that are designed to meet every goal from mild to wild. The Elite Series of Camshafts are all manufactured by COMP Cams and feature a mixture of LXL, LSL and HUC lobes (with a few other tricks up our sleeve, as well.) Although we suggest measuring for piston-to-valve clearance during ANY camshaft install, every Elite Series Camshaft is designed to fit in a stock engine & stock heads with adequate clearance unless otherwise noted. These cams are designed to maximize power, reliability and valvetrain longevity.

Expected Horsepower Gains: 30-40RWHP over the stock camshaft in a well-optimized setup
Stall Converter Required: Yes, 2800-3200RPM
Rear Gear Upgrade Required: No, unless your car has an automatic transmission with a 2.73 gear (we suggest 3.23+ for automatics)
Works Well with Nitrous: Yes (shot size less than 200)
Will Pass Most Smog Emissions: No

"SNS" stands for Saturday Night Special, because this camshaft is going to turn every head at the weekend cruise-ins! This SNS torqueMAX Stage 1 Camshaft is perfect for guys looking for the lopey idle and peak power numbers of a larger camshaft without giving up any driveability or TORQUE down low in the RPM range. If power UNDER the curve is what you're looking for, this cam is for you! We strongly suggest the use of Brian Tooley Racing Valvesprings and hardened pushrods with this camshaft (sold separately.) Hundreds of hours were spent developing this camshaft to perform precisely the way we advertise, so as a result, changes to the LSA or any other specification of this camshaft are not available.
