This mount can be summed up into one word, AWESOME. My shifter is much more solid and doesn't move around near as much as it did when that stock mount was in. The car feels much more responsive and even the shifts are easier. There is a little more noise and some added vibration since the poly is a bit harder than the stock rubber but then again if you're one of those foppish guys who can't tolerate to hear and feel the additional horse power your car is now making then maybe you should look into purchasing a Toyota.
