Like people have said before "This is a MUST buy for black Trans Ams". Light output affect was very minimal. However, my aftermarket fog lights did cause a slight fitment issue which didn't allow the lens to fully seat in the opening. This was easily remedied by circling the edge of the new lens 2-3 times with black electrical tape which gave it a nice tight fitment. Overall its a great product and I couldn't be happier!
