It took me forever to decide between Borla catback, Flowmaster and Magnaflow. Flowmaster was too loud for my liking. I have a friend who has a Borla in his Z-28 and wants to swap it out for a magnaflow cause he feels it sounds better and has better performance. The clincher was a friend of mine who restores classic Vettes. He did not hesitate one minute to strongly reccomend the Magnaflow. I followed his advise and don't have one single regret. The sound is awesome at wide open throttle but is very civilized at cruising speeds, which is what I was looking for. The exhaust pipes look great and also very menacing!! My buddy had just put flowmasters on a Vette he restored recently (against his advise) and my Z-28 sounded so much better when we compared them.
Can't beat this product for bang to the buck.
